6. Fees and Payments
Pricing for device installation, monthly monitoring, calibration, and removal services may vary. Payment is due at the time of installation or as otherwise stated in writing. Safe Guard Interlock reserves the right to charge late fees or suspend services for non-payment.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment to avoid fees. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Safe Guard Interlock in cases where services were not rendered or devices were defective due to provider error.
8. Device Use and Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Using the ignition interlock device as instructed.
- Returning the device in working condition at the end of the service period.
- Reporting malfunctions, tampering attempts, or vehicle issues immediately.
Damage to or tampering with the equipment may result in legal consequences and financial liability.
